Room availability
Customers can ask for rooms availability by simply sending an e-mail or by filling in the availability form. Our staff will promptly answer to all questions or curiosities you may have directly on your e-mail address.

Hotel cancellation policy
Terms of payment: Your credit card details are requested only for the purpose of guaranteeing the booking. The actual payment for your stay will be made directly at the hotel before departure. However, the hotel reserves the right to check availability of your credit card (pre-authorization), prior to your arrival.

Reservation can be cancelled up to 24h prior to arrival date (Central European Time). First night will be charged after this deadline. In case of no show the entire amount of client’s stay will be charged.
